A morning by a camp fire, a cup of coffee, and lingering in the moment made life perfect for a second!

We might be able to boil a lot of problems down to looking at someone else’s life and becoming so jealous we lose sight of the great things about ourselves.

"I'm always curious to see what moment becomes the focus for your blogs," said one of my readers that I interact with reasonably often. Me too is what I wish I responded with!

We shared an empty house-Him a Navy Vet and me a young social worker. We both were trying to find figured something in that moment that would help our futures.

A year into our adoption, it’s becoming normal to visit with the our daughter’s birth mom, but it still remains profoundly beautiful. I hope I never lose sight of its glorious view!

My mom is pretty good at this finding love thing-if you need help I’d seek her out!

It started as a fun weekend, now it’s my annual pilgrimage. Surrounded by the people who know me best, they deemed me worthy. I hope to continue to live up that standard.
