As we renovate our home I take stock of the happy place we created for our family.

The question leaders should ask themselves is not why should I lead, instead ask why should others follow.

I understand the push for loyalty, but its over rated. Trust is what is needed to navigate life!

With the world bent on tearing it self apart, I want to be someone creating connection during the chaos. It’s needed and it does not mean fence riding, excusing away poor behavior or weakness.

An interaction with one of my daughters made me think of my dad. It made me want another conversation with the guy. All these years after his death and I’m still getting reminders how great he was!
