We either grow or shrink as humans. We need a huge growth spurt in compassion in our society.

It’s year two of writing out a little lesson for my girls. This year a lesson my dad drilled on the time, stand on your own two feet!

How I turned one of the worst moments of my life into a story that gives others hope would be a moment my dad would have said, good job, son! 24 years to the date of my father’s untimely death, I returned to the stage to tell our stories. It was a moment that reminded me of growth, opportunity, and compassion.
