Leadership is tricky and we make it a lot harder when we lose focus on the whole point of leading. I do my best not to, by following two rules I was given by Theresa Jones as a young professional. It’s pretty on character for me to still think frontline work leadership is the way to go, my advice is more leaders should follow that model.
