A moment with my youngest daughter this weekend gave me a view of who is becoming. Parenting is a long road but having a glimpse into who they are is always a good feeling.

Our aim should be higher than motivating others, we should inspire them and see what they are capable of achieving.

Before I jump into 2025, I wanted to spend some time looking back at 20 years of telling stories and working in the world of emotional and mental health! In many ways 2024 was my most successful year ever, and i wanted to remember that the journey to a great year was filled with up, downs, twists and turns.

Once I had to work the holidays. Life has changed and I get to be in my house, but I have not forgotten those days. I want to say thank you to those who have to head to the office of the next couple of days!

I spent a bunch of time on the couch on Friday, I needed a break and a session thinking about the energy I put into the world.

Please this holiday season take an approach to the holidays that will allow you to enjoy the people you love a lot more than we normally do.

Who and what we pay attention to often will mirror what we get from life. We should ensure we are paying attention to the correct things and correct people! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with your loved ones.

As we retreat to our families and friends remember to not just be thankful for them but be thankful for the opportunities life presents us.
