A found memory of a Temptations song is at the center of my thoughts this week. How we conduct ourselves communicates way more than we realize to everyone around us.

As we renovate our home I take stock of the happy place we created for our family.

The question leaders should ask themselves is not why should I lead, instead ask why should others follow.

It’s often one of the harder things people try to figure out, what makes us happy. So hard in fact we become uncomfortable even at the thought of happiness.

I understand the push for loyalty, but its over rated. Trust is what is needed to navigate life!

With the world bent on tearing it self apart, I want to be someone creating connection during the chaos. It’s needed and it does not mean fence riding, excusing away poor behavior or weakness.
