Sunday Night with John: The Big Sleep

I unveiled a 90 minute version of my talk on "Choices" in Lawler, Iowa today. I was more than happy with the outcome and the reaction from the audience. After 4 hours of driving today and 90 minutes of putting all my energy into a talk, I have run out of energy for the day. 

It was a great day and I can't thank the audience enough for paticapating in the activities, and all the kind words after the talk ended. I'm normally rather drained after a talk, it takes a lot of energy to go for 90 minutes.  Today I'm even more tired than normal.  It's time for the a nice dinner, relaxing night and heading to bed early .
