"Rebellions are built on hope." Hope evokes an emotional response that communicates to us even in the face of insurmountable odds. We have to believe there is a reason to fight back.

I see you and I hear your comments. You look at a homeless person and you spill your biased, never once talked with a homeless person opinions.

It just so happens that both the best and worst occurrence in my life come from the same event. I swallowed hard and spit out, “My dad passing away”.

Imagine sitting down for a first date and the other person holding a file of every nasty thing you have done in your youth. They look at you and ask, it says here that in 2002 you skipped your girlfriend’s birthday party to hang with the cute new co-worker when your shift ended.

Why was a bumblebee 3.0 needed? To tell a great story with the potential to change the world! 

Toughest part about being a social worker? Teaching people how to be happy again. 

I’m 35 and still daydreaming most of my day away, and yes, sometimes, I still daydream about being the Flash, because it would be so freaking cool.

We have forgotten and abandoned an eternal truth. And that sacred truth is that a lie is a lie and it always will be.
