Are we becoming a culture where only the loudest can shape the conversation? Are only those willing to say the most outlandish are worthy of our attention?

Maybe one day older generations will stop complaining about young generations. Currently, it’s not happening, and this is my vow not to turn into an old grump!

If I could, I would write a story that would change the course for millions on the mental health journey. I’m not that talented, so I’ll have to settle for helping as many as I can along the way!

It’s Valentine’s Day- I hope you enjoy it with people you love, and maybe we should do it more than once a year!

Certain moments, songs, and people get stuck in our memory banks. Think prom dates, concerts, shows, and other big moments. I have a habit of replaying them in my head over and over again! They shape our lives and we provide us with a happy place to balance ourselves!

The Truth isn’t something to be manipulated, even if it seems lately that’s what many are trying to do!

Sometimes the world passes us by, and that is a good thing in the long run!

Something changed within our country on January 6th, the lasting effects will depend on how we treat each other after this political storm passes
