The world has heroes and villains, but not nearly as many as we think. More importantly lots of us play both roles depending on who you ask!

I had 3 talks, in three cities, in the span of 37 hours. It’s was a whirlwind, but a good reminder in front of three very different audiences that creating intimate sessions without visual aids can create lasting change!

Letting other shine is something we should do more. To do that we have to not think of ourselves as the main character but just part of an amazing cast. Let’s dare to tell as many stories as possible.

Narrowing pathways seems for people to feel a sense of belonging seems to be the trend. It’s not the way I’ll be trending, wide pathways for many people to find their place is the way to go!

We all have this time before we make choice where we do one last check of what we want to do. It’s in that moment we reveal how we view and interact with world. It’s small amount of time with a large impact on our lives.

Lots of want to leave an impact but we fail to communicate why we want to leave that impact. The why is the most important part. It will show it our motives are noble and true, or just a cover to more nefarious reasons.

For a long time I have had one particular ongoing conversation with myself. On some level we all have this inner dialogues that last most of our lives. This is mine, and while I’m really good at having the conversation with myself. I have recently started to have it with others and it has made a world of difference.

To care is a simple act, yet we seem to be drifting away from engaging in that act.
