Years ago, I definitely mixed up a movie title and it revealed I might have problems processing some information in my old noggin. What that did to my view of folks is how I look at things now!

I stumbled across my vows when I decided to wear my wedding suit for a speaking engagement this past week.

Shrinking my talk into a 7 minute story was a task this week. I actually enjoyed it and the process allowed me to think about wandering and focusing in a different light.

I sat alone watching day give way to night in the Black Hills. I was reminded how great life can be when things come together.

If I had the ability to pause time on Friday, I would have. I would have enjoy to bask in a moment and enjoy the life I have with the people I'm lucky enough to have it with.

Life felt different when my parents uttered the phase, be home when the street light comes on. We are losing that, and I get why, but we might need to figure out how to reinvent that feeling for the next generation.

It's a delicate balancing act how and whom we spend our time with. It's constant math equation everyone struggles with, and I wish everyone the best in figuring how to spent their time wisely. It's the best way to move through life taking as little as granted as possible.

We all need to connect, yet we all connect over differnt things. Instead of thinking one way of connecting it better than the other, we should learn to embrace different forms of healthy connection!
