As we move through another cultural change, I will continue to engage in the work that I love. Compassion at my core, and the goal to ease the burdens of those in my orbit, regardless of their background.

As we grow, experience life, met people, and go through soul changing moments our voice should evolve. I know mine has, and it’s been the best part of all the speaking. Meeting folks who help my voice become more authentic.

Years ago, I definitely mixed up a movie title and it revealed I might have problems processing some information in my old noggin. What that did to my view of folks is how I look at things now!

I stumbled across my vows when I decided to wear my wedding suit for a speaking engagement this past week.

Shrinking my talk into a 7 minute story was a task this week. I actually enjoyed it and the process allowed me to think about wandering and focusing in a different light.

I sat alone watching day give way to night in the Black Hills. I was reminded how great life can be when things come together.

If I had the ability to pause time on Friday, I would have. I would have enjoy to bask in a moment and enjoy the life I have with the people I'm lucky enough to have it with.

Life felt different when my parents uttered the phase, be home when the street light comes on. We are losing that, and I get why, but we might need to figure out how to reinvent that feeling for the next generation.
