Once we click send on a message or once we allow the words to come out of our mouths we lose control over our message and others now have the freedom to interpret. 

I’m angry! An exclamation we have all muttered, shouted, or stated emphatically, at others or all by ourselves. When express this emotion, .we expect people to come to attention right away and fix whatever is driving our anger

When I was 18, I drove 10 hours across three states from my hometown of Orwell, Ohio to Davenport, Iowa and walked into my first open gym as a college basketball player at Marycrest International University.  It was a small little college nestled on the side of the hill in town.  

She jokingly responded, “Well, you did this to yourself.” As always she was more than right.

For a long time I have prided myself on the ability to live light. In early December I successfully packed for a trip to New Orleans in under 25 minutes.

I have been searching for years for a way to explain this in a short way for everyone to understand.  But then the movie Talladega Nights gave us this little gem. 

Unlike other businesses there isn’t a ledger that records withdrawals and deposit, which means I can’t find out if I’m in the “black” or  ”red” when it comes to my life’s work. “Am I making a difference?” Is a thought I often ponder.  

I can’t help but yell, JONES at the top of my lungs because she is just THAT great.
