Letting other shine is something we should do more. To do that we have to not think of ourselves as the main character but just part of an amazing cast. Let’s dare to tell as many stories as possible.

Narrowing pathways seems for people to feel a sense of belonging seems to be the trend. It’s not the way I’ll be trending, wide pathways for many people to find their place is the way to go!

We all have this time before we make choice where we do one last check of what we want to do. It’s in that moment we reveal how we view and interact with world. It’s small amount of time with a large impact on our lives.

Lots of want to leave an impact but we fail to communicate why we want to leave that impact. The why is the most important part. It will show it our motives are noble and true, or just a cover to more nefarious reasons.

For a long time I have had one particular ongoing conversation with myself. On some level we all have this inner dialogues that last most of our lives. This is mine, and while I’m really good at having the conversation with myself. I have recently started to have it with others and it has made a world of difference.

To care is a simple act, yet we seem to be drifting away from engaging in that act.

Figuring out when to be stubborn and when to be flexible is always a life long balancing act. Growing as a human while not losing yourself in that growth because a tough battle, I had some reassuring news this week to let me feel like lately I have done this life act correctly. The need to be correct is slowly killing our ability to carry compassion for people different than us.
