Another year of fatherhood in the books, and another lesson for my wonderful, intelligent little girls.

Knowing the over arching thread that connects the different versions of ourselves through time is important. Mine become a little more clear after an interaction this week.

A whole bunch of life advice should be thrown out because it doesn’t align with our lives, but the person giving the advice life. It doesn’t match our goals and how we want to interact with the world!

How a Ted Lasso, a tv show, is showing how the world should be and why we should strive to create that world.

The world has heroes and villains, but not nearly as many as we think. More importantly lots of us play both roles depending on who you ask!

I had 3 talks, in three cities, in the span of 37 hours. It’s was a whirlwind, but a good reminder in front of three very different audiences that creating intimate sessions without visual aids can create lasting change!

Letting other shine is something we should do more. To do that we have to not think of ourselves as the main character but just part of an amazing cast. Let’s dare to tell as many stories as possible.

Narrowing pathways seems for people to feel a sense of belonging seems to be the trend. It’s not the way I’ll be trending, wide pathways for many people to find their place is the way to go!
