A lot of people over the years have helped me become a better version of myself. It’s been an amazing process to go through, and I get a chance this Thursday to thank a bunch of people in person.

We are going to fail, what we do after we fail is a big sign of our professionalism and our desire to make our world a better place.

Whether it’s internal or external the noise we allow to land in our most inner thoughts causes changes in our behaviors. Hopefully we are all listening to the right noises that bring out the best of us!

Wanna feel seven feet tall, we have to find the courage to go for it!

People who help us when we feel small feel big or at least normal size again are the best gifts we get in life.

We seem to be getting angrier, and it’s slowly making us very unhealthy.

Consistency acting in a compassionate, friendly, and noble way shouldn’t be something we get accustomed to, it’s something to appreciate daily.

A walk back to my car provided a moment of reflection about life and being in the right place and the right time.
