Letting people know the reasons why we make choices usually leads to good outcomes. It’s odd we still have this idea that leadership and how leaders think should not be accessible.

Somewhere in my journey with the help of one of my closet friends I became curious about life again. It has helped me grow and find solutions to life’s problems. Stay Curious- My friends.

Placing ourselves to help others is also about placing ourselves in position to learn from the people we are helping. If we do not we will fail to offer the help they need.

Another school shooting, and another week where leadership doesn’t move us foward toward a solution where this happens less.

A thoughtful gift from my wife has me having a physical copy of every Sunday Night With John ever. My stories, and more importantly carving out a weekly space to write and reflect for me has paid diviends in personal growth. Thanks for reading, happy 2024 everyone!

As we settle in for a major holiday traditions that bring us together. The best tradition I can think of from my family, is all the stories and laughing we did together! Happy Holidays and may you laugh with people you love.
