I spent a bunch of time on the couch on Friday, I needed a break and a session thinking about the energy I put into the world.

Please this holiday season take an approach to the holidays that will allow you to enjoy the people you love a lot more than we normally do.

Who and what we pay attention to often will mirror what we get from life. We should ensure we are paying attention to the correct things and correct people! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with your loved ones.

As we retreat to our families and friends remember to not just be thankful for them but be thankful for the opportunities life presents us.

In a moment when I thought I had nothing, I realized I had something. It’s often in moments where we feel have have no ideas at all we start the process of generating solutions.

As we move through another cultural change, I will continue to engage in the work that I love. Compassion at my core, and the goal to ease the burdens of those in my orbit, regardless of their background.

As we grow, experience life, met people, and go through soul changing moments our voice should evolve. I know mine has, and it’s been the best part of all the speaking. Meeting folks who help my voice become more authentic.

Years ago, I definitely mixed up a movie title and it revealed I might have problems processing some information in my old noggin. What that did to my view of folks is how I look at things now!
