Embracing imperfections and leading through them has improved my life, maybe the picture perfect life is not the way go!

Building Community and not trying to control everything is becoming my guiding light. I found another piece of my community on top of Ben A’an in Scotland this past summer.

Who we decide to adjust our behaviors for is a big piece of life, and a lot of us change for the wrong people.

My years with my own emotional and mental heatlh journey and helping others with theirs revealed how many of us chase ghosts of a life we can not have. We selfishly try to contort the world into our view instead of interacting with others to grow, evolve, to experience all the emotions life has to offer.

We have all felt small once in our life, it’s a feeling we try to avoid. We should all do better to help others not feel small, oddly enough that’’s the best path to take to not feel small ourselves.

Never under estimate the power of showing up!

We are often bombarded with we are not doing enough. I tend to think the opposite, we would all be better if we did less.
