Going from me to we is never easy but it’s an important step to live a full life.

Whether we are born with it, or we learn it along the way, learning to attempt to be healthy and successful comes with a bunch of attempts. We have to brave enough to try again, again, and again!

Learning to re-engage in life after moments that break our heart is a tough a skill, but one we must master to fully experience connection as we move through the years.

A lot of people over the years have helped me become a better version of myself. It’s been an amazing process to go through, and I get a chance this Thursday to thank a bunch of people in person.

We are going to fail, what we do after we fail is a big sign of our professionalism and our desire to make our world a better place.

Whether it’s internal or external the noise we allow to land in our most inner thoughts causes changes in our behaviors. Hopefully we are all listening to the right noises that bring out the best of us!

Wanna feel seven feet tall, we have to find the courage to go for it!

People who help us when we feel small feel big or at least normal size again are the best gifts we get in life.
